Why is my power supply beeping?
The power supply will beep if the battery inside the unit is going bad.
What is power cycling?
Power cycling a router or a set top box means simply unplugging the device from the power for 20 seconds and plugging it back in. This allows time for the device to reboot itself.
Are there other speed options?

What are the charges for After Hours Call outs?
If you agree and request a technician to come to your location after our normal business hours M-F 8:00-4:00, there is a $60.00 charge for the first two hours of service and $25.00 every hour thereafter. This is placed on the bill after service is rendered.
How long can I use my corded landline phone after power outages?
Depending on phone usage, up to 8 hours.
